Whether you’re welcoming a new child, navigating a blended or non-traditional family, just getting started as a young adult, or facing a more complex season of life, we offer comprehensive estate planning designed for real life.
Our flat-fee approach means no hourly billing and no surprise invoices—ever. You’ll receive a personalized estate plan that protects the people you love, reflects your values, and evolves right alongside your life.
Who We Serve
Estate Planning for Parents
Protect your children and make sure the people you trust are legally empowered to care for them—no matter what. We help parents of minor or young adult children build a plan that includes guardianship, trusts, healthcare decisions, and more.
Estate Planning for Families
Today’s families come in all forms. Whether you’re raising kids, part of a blended family, or co-parenting after divorce, we’ll help you create a plan that reflects your unique structure and priorities.
Estate Planning for Young Adults
Turning 18 means legal adulthood. We help young adults put the right tools in place—like powers of attorney and healthcare proxies—to ensure someone can act on their behalf in an emergency.
Estate Planning for LGBTQ+ Individuals and Couples
We proudly offer estate planning for LGBTQ clients, helping ensure your wishes are legally recognized and your relationships are fully protected, regardless of marital status or family structure.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does flat-fee estate planning mean?
Flat-fee estate planning means you pay one clear, upfront price for your entire planning process—no hourly billing, hidden fees, or surprise costs. It allows us to take the time needed to get to know your family, explain your options, and build a customized plan without rushing or watching the clock.
Do you offer virtual estate planning services in Massachusetts?
Yes! We offer virtual options for every meeting except for the Signing Meeting, which we typically hold in-office in Melrose. If this causes concern, let us know – we’re happy to make accommodations when necessary.
Is estate planning only for people with large estates or wealth?
Not Sure If Estate Planning Is Right for You?
We get it—estate planning can feel overwhelming, unnecessary, or like something you’ll get to “someday.” But here’s the truth:
- You don’t need to be wealthy to need a plan. If you have kids, a partner, aging parents, or simply want a say in what happens if something unexpected occurs, estate planning is for you.
- It’s not as complicated as you think. We guide you step-by-step, using a clear, flat-fee process designed to be simple, supportive, and stress-free.
- You can always update it. Life changes—so should your plan. We build long-term relationships so you can revisit and revise your documents as your needs evolve.
Your family deserves clarity, protection, and peace of mind—and we’re here to help you get there.
